How to Make Curd

Now you can make tasty thick curd in simple steps…

Ingredients

  • 1 cup of milk
  • 1 teaspoon of curd or buttermilk

Method

  1. Boil the milk.
  2. Allow it to come to warm temperature.
  3. Add 1 teaspoon of curd or buttermilk to it and stir it 3 or 4 times .
  4. Keep it aside overnight or for 6-7 hours.
  5. Once done keep it in refrigerator for few hours to get better results.
  6. Note : Don’t add curd when the milk is too hot because it may get spoiled.

    Yes its good and traditional method. But i already knew this. My problem is by doing so we dont get thick curd it still has a lot of water content in it. wat should we do to get a good quality thick curd?
