How to Make Curd

Now you can make tasty thick curd in simple steps…
- 1 cup of milk
- 1 teaspoon of curd or buttermilk
- Boil the milk.
- Allow it to come to warm temperature.
- Add 1 teaspoon of curd or buttermilk to it and stir it 3 or 4 times .
- Keep it aside overnight or for 6-7 hours.
- Once done keep it in refrigerator for few hours to get better results.
- Note : Don’t add curd when the milk is too hot because it may get spoiled.
