This is an easy and quick recipe to make burgers.

Ingredients -

Buns – 4pcs.

Oil – 2 tsp

Potato – 2 (boiled and mashed)

Carrot – 1 grated

Tomato – 1 chopped

Onions- 2 chopped

Tofu - 2-3 cubes (u can add more if u like)

Salt

Black pepper

Mayonaise

Cheese slice – 4

Method -

Chop tomato and onions. Grate carrot and tofu. Now heat oil in a pan. Add onions n fry. Then add all the remaining vegetables and tofu. Add salt and pepper. Stir and fry all the veggies to make a thick filling.

On the other side heat a flat pan. Slit the buns into 2 halves. Toast it with butter (both the sides) on the pan. Apply mayonaise on the inner side of one of the halves. Then spread a thick layer of the vegetable mix on it. Put a cheese slice. Cover it with the other half. Heat it again.

Serve it with yummy tomato ketchup.

PS – If the mixture is left, we can use it to fill the paranthas for the kids for the other meal.

That was a scrumptious healthy recipe. I just replaced regular white buns with whole wheat buns. Thanks for sharing.
