Malai Ladoo – Recipe

Malai Ladoo is a popular North Indian snack. It is a creamy and very tasteful snack. It is made by Paneer (Cottage Cheese) and milk.

Ingredients of Malai Burfee:

250 grams of Paneer (Cottage Cheese)

½ cups of Condensed Milk

¼ teaspoon of Yellow Color

2 to 3 drops of Kewra Essence

How to prepare Malai Ladoo:

At first, mash the paneer (cottage cheese).

Add up the paneer (cottage cheese) with condensed milk and cook it over a low flame.

Continue stirring until it gets thicken.

Mix the kewra essence with it.

Now take it out from the flame and mix well.

Take a plate and spread it over that plate.

When it gets cooled, give it a round shape.

Malai Ladoo is ready.
