Mushroom Spread

I prepare this Mushroom Spread with the main ingredients. You will make the right decision of preparing this Mushroom Spread.

Ingredients:

Special oil                                        -        2 tsp

Chopped onions                               -        ¼ cup

Sliced mushrooms                           -        ½ cup

Salt                                                   -        ½ tsp

Freshly ground black pepper -        ¼ tsp

Minced parsley                                 -        2 tsp

Procedure:

Heat the oil in skillet; sauté the onions 5 minutes. Add the mushrooms, salt and pepper; sauté 5 minutes. Stir in the parsley. Chop to a paste and chill.

Makes about 1 cup; allow 2 tablespoons per serving
