Prawn Relish
A Delicious dish of Prawn Relish to be prepared in an easy manner. The splendid thing about Indian cooking is that most of the recipes can be prepared in advance and the dishes then heated just before servings without coming to any harm.
2 tablespoons oil
1 onion chopped
4 dried red chilies
2 green chilies chopped
1/2 teaspoon cumin seeds
1/2 teaspoon turmeric
1 clove garlic crushed
2.5cm piece ginger chopped
4 curry leaves crumbled
150 g prawns
1 tablespoon vinegar
salt

Heat the oil in a pan, add the onion and fry until golden. Crumble in the dried chilies. Add the fresh chilies, cumin, turmeric, garlic, ginger and curry leaves and fry for 2 minutes. Add the prawns and fry for 2 minutes.
Add the vinegar and salt to taste and simmer, uncovered for 3 to 4 minutes until most of the liquid has evaporated. Serve hot or cold.

im sure it will be hot n’ spicy dish… cant wait until i try out my self to taste it hmmm…
