Rhubarb Delish
A Mouthwatering dessert that is quick and easy to make.
I already published this recipe once before, but the recipe did not contain measurements, just rough estimations, so I thought it best to republish it.
This is a very simple recipe, which is fast and easy to make, and does not take a lot of preparation or cleaning up, but the results are mouthwatering!
INGREDIENTS:
Per person you need:
- 1 cup of rhubarb
- 1/2 cup of sugar
INSTRUCTIONS:
- Add the rhubarb into a microwave safe bowl, microwave for 30 seconds or until the rhubarb is soft.
- Add the sugar and stir completely.
- Taste for doneness, you may have to add more sugar depending on the type of rhubarb you used.
- Feel free to adapt the recipe as needed.

I totally agree with Lucy. She also writes recipes. We used to grow Rhubarb and made some pies. It was organically grown.
