Ridge Gourd Chutney
A tasty chutney that goes well with all bread varieties and Dosas.

Ingredients
- 1 Big ridge gourd
- 2 Big onions
- 1 cup fresh grated coconut
- 2 green chillies
- Cilantro and curry leaves to a combined cup of 1
- 2 tsp oil for frying and cooking.
- 1/4 tsp Dhaniya
- 1/4 tsp Jeera
- 1/4 tsp Pepper
Method
- Peel the skin of ridge gourd and cut them into pieces.
- Fry all the spices along with chopped onion, curry leaves ,cilantro and ridge gourd.
- Blend this fried mixture into a fine paste along with coconut.
- Heat 1 tsp oil in a wok and cook the ground mixture until the oil layers itself above.
- Serve hot with Chappati or Dosa.
