Sardine DIP

Sardine dip is healthy food.

Ingredients:

Dry cottage cheese                           -        ¾ cup

Buttermilk                                       -        3 tbsp

Skinless and boneless sardines        -        2,3- ¼ ounce cans

Grated onions                                  -        3 tbsp

Prepared mustard                             -        1- ½ tbsp

Freshly ground black pepper -        ¼ tbsp

Lemon juice                                     -        2 tbsp

Procedure:

Beat the cottage cheese and buttermilk until smooth. Mash the sardines and add with the onions, mustard, pepper and lemon juice. Mix until smooth.

Makes about 2 cups; allow 2 tbsp per serving.

Polyunsaturated fat 0.5 gram

Total fat 1.2 grams
