Simple Rava Dosa
1. Rava – 1 cup
2. Rice flour – 2 cup
3. Fresh coconut scraped – 4 tbsp
4. Onion chopped -1
5. Green chilli chopped – 2
6. Cumin seeds – 1tsp
7. Salt to taste
8. Oil – 2 tsp
Simple Rava Dosa Preparation:
Mix Rava, Rice flour, Basan and salt, Add water as required.
Add chopped onion, green chillies, fresh coconut.
Mix well & let it stay for 5 hours.
Heat a tava and Sprinkle a little Oil, add a ladleful batter and spread it thinly. Let cook for a few
seconds. Add a few drops for oil if you wish.
Serve hot with Chutney.
