Strawberry Cheesecake Pie
This is my mother’s favorite dessert, however I put my own spin on it. That means its quick, simple and has only three steps.
Strawberry Cheesecake Pie
4 ounces cream cheese, softened of course
1/4 cup of sugar
1/2 cup sour cream
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1-2/3 cups of whipped topping
1 cup strawberry glaze
1 graham cracker crust for a 9 inch serving dish
3 pints fresh strawberries, sliced thinly. You don’t need this much. I just tend to eat a lot of them while making the pie
Some mint
1.Beat cream cheese, and sugar until smooth. Stir in sour cream and vanilla until blended. fold in whipped topping.
2.Spread half the glaze over the bottom of the crust. Layer with strawberries. Top with remaining glaze. Spoon cream cheese mixture over the top.
3.Refrigerate until it sets, it will be around 2-4 hours. Garnish with mint and additional berries if desired.
