Tiramisu

A easy version of a classic desert.

Tiramisu

Preparation time: 25 minutes, will need to be chilled.

Serving: 12

½ cup strong brewed coffee

1         tablespoons coffee liqueur

8 ounces cream cheese, softened

16 ounces sour cream

2/3 cups of sugar

¼ cup of milk

½ teaspoon vanilla extract

2         ounces ladyfingers, spilt

1 tablespoon baking cocoa

·         In a small bowl, combine coffee and liqueur; set aside. In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth. Add the sour cream, sugar, milk, and vanilla; beat until mixture is well combined.

·         Layer one package of ladyfingers in a greased 12-in x 7 inch dish. Brush half of the coffee mixture; top with half of the cream cheese mixture. Repeat layers (dish will be full).

·         Cover and refrigerate for 8 hours or overnight. Just before serving, sprinkle with cocoa. Cut in squares.
