Tomato Jam

A very nutritious jam made from tomato, very delectable and good for the whole family.
Ingredients:
- 1 cup of tomatoes
- ½ cup refined sugar
- 1 tsp. lemon juice
- 1 tsp. lemon rind/zest
- 2 pcs. Pandan leaves
Procedure:
- Wash tomatoes.
- Boil water in a casserole.
- Put the tomatoes and let it boil for 3 minutes.
- Remove tomatoes from the casserole and transfer in a bowl with cold water.
- Peel the tomatoes and cut into halves.
- Remove the seeds and drain. Set aside.
- Cut the tomatoes into smaller pieces. Put it into the Osterizer together with the ½ cup sugar, lemon juice and lemon rind.
- Put it in a pan and let it simmer with the Pandan leaves until it thickens.
- Let it cool and transfer it into clean bottle or jar. Keep refrigerated.
