Stuffed Mushroom Recipe

There are many stuffed mushroom recipes out there, but none will ever taste as good as this one. The taste of mushrooms filled with tomatoes and onions, then topped with luscious parmesan cheese will have Your mouth watering with every bite. This delicious appetizer goes great with just about any meal and it’s sure to liven up any social event or party.
Ingredients
- 3 large tomatoes
- 8 large mushrooms (with stalks)
- 1 small onion (grated)
- 1oz butter
- 1 tablespoon flat-leaf parsley (freshly chopped)
- salt and freshly ground black pepper
- cheese parmesan (grated)
Preparation
Start by preheating the oven to 375°F. Then put the tomatoes in a bowl of just boiled water for no more then 30 seconds. Next peel off the tomato skins and chop the flesh. Remove the mushroom stalks and chop the stalks.
Then mix the mushroom stalks with the tomatoes, grated onion, butter and parsley. Season the mixture with salt and pepper. Finish by putting the mushrooms cap side down in a large greased ovenproof dish. Fill each mushroom with the stuffing and top with the parmesan cheese. Then cover with foil, and bake in the oven for about 30 minutes.

I do like mudrooms a great deal and will eat them any way that they are prepared.These may be worth a try when I get all the stuff for them.
