Vegetables dish

This is a delicious, healthy and very low calorie dish. Yummy!!!
Ingredients:
- 1 medium onion
- 1 cauliflower
- 5 carrots
- 1 broccoli
- A bit of: salt, pepper and paprika.
- A quarter glass of water
- 1 spoon of chicken soup powder.
- Half a spoon of oil
- 2 eggs
Preparation:
- Cut the onion and fry it with a bit of oil in a big pot until its color is changed to brown.
- Cut the vegetables and put them in the pot.
- Add a quarter glass of water
- Spread a bit of: salt, pepper and paprika.
- Add 1 spoon of chicken soup powder. Stir everything.
- Cover the pot with its cover, but leave a little space for the steam to evaporate. Stir from time to time.
- When the vegetables are almost made (they become very soft), add 2 eggs and stir everything. (You can make this dish without the eggs)
- Turn off the stove.
