Vegetables dish

This is a delicious, healthy and very low calorie dish. Yummy!!!

Ingredients:

  • 1 medium onion
  • 1 cauliflower
  • 5 carrots
  • 1 broccoli
  • A bit of: salt, pepper and paprika.
  • A quarter glass of water
  • 1 spoon of chicken soup powder.
  • Half a spoon of oil
  • 2 eggs

Preparation:

  1. Cut the onion and fry it with a bit of oil in a big pot until its color is changed to brown.
  2. Cut the vegetables and put them in the pot.
  3. Add a quarter glass of water
  4. Spread a bit of: salt, pepper and paprika.
  5. Add 1 spoon of chicken soup powder. Stir everything.
  6. Cover the pot with its cover, but leave a little space for the steam to evaporate. Stir from time to time.
  7. When the vegetables are almost made (they become very soft), add 2 eggs and stir everything. (You can make this dish without the eggs)
  8. Turn off the stove.
