A Dense Winter Soup with Legumes, Sausage and Tomatoes

published by djfifty on Dec 9, 2010

Soups.

Ingredients:

2 spring onions
1 small onion
Two sausage peppers cut into cubes (I used Hungarian, but if you cook for children, it is better if you nepaprikovou)
4 medium potatoes, cubed
a handful of soybeans (soaked at least 4 hours ahead)
a handful of red beans (I used the cans of pickled, but it depends on you)
1 can whole tomatoes in own juice
Procedure:

All three dice onions and fry until golden in oil along with sausages. Add salt, pepper, add pepper and fry together. Add the soybeans with water, which it left. Add the potatoes. Cook until potatoes and soybeans are not soft enough (about 25 minutes). When potatoes are soft, add tomatoes and the juice, strained and well flushed out the beans and cook for another 5 minutes. Serve with sour cream.
Note:

The recipe I read in a magazine for women did, but I’ve modified some.
