Creamy Almond soup, simple & Delicious!

ALMOND SOUP

Ingredients:

  • Potato                          1
  • Cauliflower                   50 gram, or a small flower
  • Cabbage                      ¼ of small cabbage.
  • Milk                             11/2 cups
  • Almond                        20-25, soaked in water, peeled
  • Salt and pepper to taste.
  • Water.

Method:

Cut potato, cauliflower, cabbage and put into pressure cooker with little salt and water. After 3-4 whistles remove from fire. When cool blend this in a mixie. Blend 10-12 almonds with ½ cup milk in mixie. Take puree of vegetables in a pan; add blended almonds, remaining milk and water. Boil the soup and add salt and pepper to taste.

Presentation: serve hot, and decorate it with chopped almonds.
