Ball Mushroom Soup

Cook.

ingredients:

     1 piece of chicken breast
     1 small pack Fungus
     1 small pack Soun (soaked)
     2 cloves garlic (minced)
     1 btr egg (take whiteness)
     2 pieces of chicken legs
     Pepper, salt and seasonings to taste

How to cook:

     Wash chicken legs and breasts thoroughly, boiled with enough water to broth.
     Once boiling, add the garlic, salt, pepper, and seasonings.
     When chicken breasts are tender, remove from heat and grind until smooth.
     Mixed with glass noodles, mushroom and egg white.
     Make the dough into a ball – a small ball.
     Enter in the broth, boil until dough balls up, remove and serve.
