Balls of Chicken and Mozzaralla Cheese

How to prepare chicken and cheese balls.

Ingredients

· 2 chicken breasts

· 200 g mozzarella cheese

· 50 g milk

· 2 eggs

· Juice of 1 lemon

· Chickpea flour

· Garlic

· Herbs de Provence

· Salt

Sliced chicken breast and put it in a container for food processing, along with an egg, cheese, lemon juice, pepper and salt and grind in processor until everything is ground, forming a paste. Introducing a time in the fridge before forming the balls.

Here we go Wet hands and form balls of dough are not too big. Then we passed by the beaten egg and gram flour mixed with Provencal herbs and a little garlic.

Then we put plenty of oil in a frying pan and let chicken balls. The Drain on absorbent paper that are not too greasy and serve.
