Balls of Tomato
This is a nice quick easy recipe for those who are on the go and need something that is not going to be hard to prepare. Stick it in the oven and do what you need to do. Then come back and enjoy in a couple of hours.
1 lb. ground beef
1/2 cups uncooked rice
1 can tomatoe soup ( diluted with 1/2 can water)
1/4 tsp salt
dash or two of pepper
dash or two of garlic
Mix first three ingredients. Season with seasonings. Form into balls and place in a greased baking pan and cover with tomato soup that has been diluted. Bake on 350 for 2 hours.
