Beef Ribs Soup

Beef ribs soup is delicious eaten as a soup. here’s how to make it.

ingredients:

750 grams of beef ribs

2 carrots cut into thick

4 small potatoes, diced

3 leeks, chopped

Seasonings I:

3 cm ginger

3 cm cinnamon

2 pieces of deaf

4 item cardamom

2 blocks of stock items

1/4 nutmeg

salt to taste

Seasonings II:

8 pieces of garlic

5 pieces of red onion

How to Make:

1. Boil ribs on medium heat for about 2 hours for tender

2. I enter into a stew spice ribs, and simmer for another 60-90 minutes until meat is tender

3. Puree II seasoning, then stir-fry until fragrant. Add the carrots and potatoes into stir until wilted.

4. Add the carrots and potatoes into the boiling ribs, and cook back at least 10-15 minutes.
