Beef Stroganoff recipes.

    Beef Stroganoff Ingredients

2 pounds Sirloin steak cut into small strips

Shake a few strips at a time in a bag containing:

1/2 cup flour

1 tsp. Salt

1/2 tsp. Accent

1/8 tsp Pepper

Shake off excess flour before putting in skillet.

Heat in a skillet

1/2 cup butter.

Add meat strips and slowly brown on both sides.

In a separate skillet., slowly saute

1/3 cup chopped onion and add to meat.

Make

2 cups beef bouillon and slowly add to the meat. Cover and simmer 20-25

minutes or until meat is tender. To this mixture, add:

1 can of mushrooms

Blend together:

1 cup sour cream

1 1/2 Tbs tomato paste

1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce

Add blended mixture slowly to beef, stirring constantly for 3-5 minutes.

Serve on rice or egg noodles.
