Bergamot Strawberry Peach Soup
Soups don’t always have to be hot winter time fare. Some soups are cold and great for hot summer days. This summer time soup boasts super delicious and healthy strawberries and peaches that are combined with the subtlest hint of bergamot.
This is a simple summer time fruit based soup that is easy to make if you take the time to find or grow and prepare the ingredients in advance.

Ingredient for Bergamot Strawberry Peach Soup
2 Cups Sliced Strawberries
2 Cups Sliced Peaches
1/2 Cup Fair Trade Organic Bergamot Cane Sugar
¼ tsp Freshly Ground Sea Salt
2 Tbsp Freshly Squeezed Lemon Juice
1/2 Cup Organic Plain Yogurt
1/2 Cup Organic Heavy Cream
1 1/2 Cup Fair Trade Weakened Apple White Tea *
1/2 Cup White Wine of Your Choice (don’t cheap out on this step use a one that you would drink)
Preparation of Bergamot Strawberry Peach Soup
Puree’ all ingredients in a food processor or emulsifying blender, such as The Healthmaster or Ninja, until very smooth. Chill until ready to serve. Garnish with sliced strawberries and edible flowers such as pansies.

Tips for making Bergamot Strawberry Peach Soup
*Make the tea as you usually would to drink a cup and then water it down by half.

cold soup, soup should be hot, cold soup is madness, strawberries and peachs in a soup, what kind of crazy talk is that, pour mine on ice cream instead
