Braised Pork Chops Creole

Yummy creole recipe.

Preheat oven to 350 degrees

Dredge porkchops 6 of them 1/2 inch thick or more, with seasoned flour. aGently saute them in hot fat or vegetable oil.

Place them in a baking dish. Combine, heat and around them

1 caqn condensed tomato soup

1/2 can water

1/2 chopped celery

1 chopped green pepper. seeds and membrane removed3/4 cup minced onion

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/4 teaspoon paprika

Bake covered about an hour or until they are thoroughly cooked Cook another 15 minutes uncovered and top with criushed cornflakes

    Sounds delicious. I will have to try as I love pork chops proably better than steak. I used to raise show pigs. We did not eat the ones we raised.
