Broccoli and Vegetables Hot Casserole!

Hot Casserole made with healthy vegetables: broccoli, carrots, celery and chicken cream & broth soup.


Ingredients:

3 cups Frozen Cut Broccoli
3 Potatoes
11/2 cups milk
1 cup  chopped carrots
1 cup chopped celery
1 little can chicken broth
1 little can chicken cream soup
2 cups water from the vegetables boiled
1 cup shredded Swiss or Cheddar cheese

Method:


- Cook potatoes, carrots, celery boiling all together , keep the water

- add broccoli at the end for 10 minutes, 

- check the vegetables with a fork until tender

- use the 2 cups of water from boiled vegetables to mix with chicken soup & broth

- add and Stir in slowly the cheese

- simmer with cover about 8 minutes & stir occasionally

 ** Serve when the cheese is melted.  Bon Appetit!
