Broccoli Soup
A fresh and easy soup.
Ingredients
- Broccoli
- Stock
- Garlic
- Tin of chopped tomatoes
- Parsley
- Margarine
- A blender
Method
- Heat up a pan with margarine and a clove of garlic, chop one head of broccoli and add this to the pan.
- Add half a pint of stock and the tinned tomatoes and simmer till soft. This should take approximately 10 minutes.
- Once this occurs put all of the mixture into a blender, add a handful of parsley and you are ready to serve.
