Broccoli Soup

A fresh and easy soup.

Ingredients

  • Broccoli
  • Stock
  • Garlic
  • Tin of chopped tomatoes
  • Parsley
  • Margarine
  • A blender

Method

  1. Heat up a pan with margarine and a clove of garlic, chop one head of broccoli and add this to the pan.
  2. Add half a pint of stock and the tinned tomatoes and simmer till soft. This should take approximately 10 minutes.
  3. Once this occurs put all of the mixture into a blender, add a handful of parsley and you are ready to serve.
