My mom told me this one.
1 whole chicken breast
1/2 k beef heart
2 bones cane
2 knee bones
150 g chickpeas
2 carrots
1 tomato
1 leek
1 turnip
1 sprig parsley
1 celery
Salt
Cleaned well each and every one of the ingredients and put them in a pot with 3 liters of cold water.
We plugged the pot, leaving her half-closed, and bring it to a boil over very low heat for about 3 hours. If we see that it creates foam, remove from the surface with a spoon.
After 3 hours, remove pot from heat and snick the content.
