Budget (Slow Cooker) Beef Stroganoff

Enough slow cooked tender beef stroganoff to feed four people for under $10.00.

A simple and easy recipe for busy weeknights

Ingredients:

1 lb. Beef stew meat(or cheap cut of steak that you cube)

1 15oz. Can of condensed cream of mushroom soup(any brand)

1 6oz. Can of mushrooms(optional)

8oz. Egg noodles cooked

salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

  1. Add ingredients to the slow cooker in the order given, DO NOT add water to the condensed soup.

  2. Turn slow cooker on low

  3. Set timer for 5 – 6 hours(can cook a little longer if you like)

  4. Cook pasta as directed

  5. plate the pasta and top with the stroganoff and enjoy.

For a complete meal add a side of green peas or carrots. Your family will be in awe of your new dinner idea, and you will have more time to enjoy your family.
