California Blend Casserole

Yummy no meat treat.

INGREDIENTS:

1 bag California blend vegetables
slices of Velveeta cheese
1/2 c. margarine, melted
1 – 10.5 oz. cream of mushroom soup
1 roll Ritz crackers, crushed

DIRECTIONS

1.       Put frozen veggies in a sprayed or buttered 9×13 glass pan.

2.       Spread mushroom soup over veggies.

3.       Top with layers of sliced cheese.

4.       Mix crackers with margarine and spread over cheese.

5.       Bake covered at 350 for 45 minutes then uncover and bake another 15 minutes.

6.       Eat hot and enjoy!!!
