Campbells Soup Cooking
A simpler way of making home cooked meals.
Using Campbells soups is an easier way to make home cooked meals.Cooking with their condensed soups usually only takes one or two pans.Which makes it a lot easier to prepare,cook and clean up.Yet,the food taste homemade instead of a frozen dinner fresh out of the microwave,ha ha! Plus,it is a lot healthier too.If you have medical situations that require dietary needs then please be sure to read the label on the Campbells Soup can as well as other ingredients for the recipe that you have chosen.
One of the simple recipes that I fixed was in a well greased glass pan place boneless chicken breast,usually 4,if feeding 2 people and cover with Campbells Cream of Mushroom Soup.Bake at 400 degrees for usually 30 to 40 minutes.The bake time depends on the size of the chicken pieces.You can also add fresh cut mushrooms to add more substance if you like.
While that is baking, boil water to prepare rice and boil or steam a vegetable if you care too.When the chicken casserole is done serve on a bed of rice and your vegetable on the side if you made one.You can add croutons or bacon bit’s to the top if you desire.
This was one of my husband and I’s favorite dishes and we only had to clean up the baking pan,pan for boiling rice,the steamer for the veggie,2 plates,3 serving spoons and 3 forks.Easy!
Also fix and try these simple hamburgers.Brown hamburgers(4) on both sides,then remove from skillet nd drain grease from the pan.Pour in 1 can of Campbells French Onion Soup and bring to a boil.Then turn the heat on low and replace the burgers in the soup,cover and cook for 5 minutes.You can also add a slice of cheese to each burger to make great cheese burgers too.
Than ta-da you have delicious french onion flavored hamburgers! Yummy!
Serve on buns with garnishments if desired.Serve with more Campbells French Onion Soup,fries,chips, on the side or is great with buttered corn too.
