Canned Corned Beef Stew

Another corned beef recipe. Hope you will enjoy this.

Ingredients

  • 1 can of 300 grams corned beef
  • 3 cloves of garlic
  • 1 onion finely chopped
  • 4 cups of water
  • 1/2 cup of cabbage, shredded
  • 1/2 cup of baby corn

Method

  1. Saute garlic and onions. Add water, baby corn and corned beef.
  2. Boil for 3 to 5 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.
  3. Add cabbage and serve.
