Cauliflower and Walnut Soup
This Vegetarian style soup is really, simple to make and it tastes simply delicious. The veggie taste of cauliflower and the meaty taste of walnuts are defiantly the perfect combination of delectable flavors.

The refreshing taste of cauliflower and walnuts in a vegetable stock, has the most luscious taste. This vegetarian soup has the perfect combination of tasty flavors, that are simple yet, delicious. This amazing soup recipe, is really easy to make in just about 30 minutes. And unlike that canned soup that can have, up to 30 unhealthy ingredient. This cauliflower and walnut soup only has, six ingredients that are really, healthy and nutritious.
Ingredients
- 1 Medium Cauliflower (Broken Into Florets)
- 1 Onion (Chopped)
- 3/4pt Vegetable Stock
- 3/4pt Milk
- 1oz Walnut (Pieces)
- Salt and Freshly Ground Black Pepper
Method
Put the cauliflower, onion and stock in a large heavy saucepan. Bring to a boil, cover and simmer for about 15 minutes until the mixture is soft. Then add the milk and walnuts, and stir thoroughly. Take half the mixture and in a blender or food processor puree it, until it’s smooth. Next stir the puree, back into the remaining soup. Season to taste with salt and pepper, then bring the soup back to a boil for about five minutes and your ready to serve.
