Cheese soup.

Cheese soup

Ingredients:

2 onions

2 carrots

200 grams any mushrooms

2 vegetables broth cubes

1.5 l water

4 spoons of oil

1 slice of bread

200 grams melted cheese

Preparation:

Cut mushrooms, carrots and onions into small straws and fry in pan with oil for few minutes. Later put into pot with broth and boil five minutes-until vegetables gets soft. Remove pot from fire. Put cheese into pot and mix slow. Roast bread and crumble into soup.
