Cheezy Garden Embutidu
Allows you to serve vegetables you just can’t get your children to eat. A serving portion of this dish meets close to one-third of the child’s (3 to nine years old) daily requirement for protein, iron, riboflavin and niacin. It provides half of their daily requirement for vitamin A.

Ingredients:
500 grams ground pork
½ cup green peas
250 grams spiced ham, minced
1/2cup diced sweet red bell pepper
½ teaspoon ground black pepper
1 piece carrot, minced
1 cup diced cheese
1 large onion, minced
1 stalk celery, minced
2 tsp iodized salt
4 segments minced garlic
1 egg, slightly beaten
1/4cup raisins
1 tbsp sugar
Procedure:
Combine all ingredients in a large bowl. Mix well until all ingredients are thoroughly blended. Divide mixture into four parts. Roll each part into a log and wrap it in a sheet of aluminum foil. Cook the logs in a hot streamer for 45 minutes. Cool logs for 20 minutes. Unwrap logs and slice diagonally. Serve with tomato catsup.
