Chicken and Stuffing Casserole

This is a favorite of mine.

1. pressure cook the chicken in 1 cup of water (or however you want to do it I prefer the pressure cooker because I can put it in and wait)

2. preheat the oven to 325

3. shred the chicken

4. combine a family size can of cream of mushroom or cream of chicken soup and half a pouch of boxed stuffing in a 13×9 casserole dish

5. add one can of water

6. stir in the chicken

7. sprinkle the last half of the pouch of stuffing on top of the casserole. Do not stir in

8. bake for 15-20 minutes

9. let cool for 5 minutes
