Chicken recipe: Chicken Mushroom Ball.

Make meatballs or meat balls is not as difficult as imagined. Moreover, chicken ball on this one. Milk and eggs plus additional mold making as well as crunchy texture is so soft. Delicious sauce would also like the little guy. Make yuk!

ingredients:
Chicken balls:
300 g chicken fillet meat
2 cloves garlic
2 tablespoons flour
1 tablespoon of full cream milk powder
1 egg yolk
½ teaspoon pepper
1 teaspoon chicken bouillon powder
1 teaspoon salt
2 pieces of fresh oyster mushrooms, chopped
gravy:
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
2 cloves garlic, minced
750 ml chicken stock
50 g carrots, small slices of length
2 pieces of fresh oyster mushrooms, sliced
½ teaspoon pepper
2 tsp salt

How to make:

     Chicken balls:
     Chop the chicken meat until smooth.
     Mix with other ingredients until smooth or blended.
     If you have a food processor, put all ingredients into a bowl foodprocessor. Process until smooth.
     Form the dough into balls the size of a meatball.
     Boil the balls in boiling water to float. Remove and drain.
     gravy:
     Saute garlic until golden and fragrant. Lift.
     Put it in the broth. Cook until boiling.
     Insert the balls of chicken, vegetables and spices.
     Bring to a boil again. Lift.
     Serve warm.
