Chicken Soup

Would you like a cup of chicken soup?

Prep Time: 20 minutes

Total time: 60 minutes

Servings: 6 servings

Ingredients: 1 chicken thigh, 1 egg, 1 cup of yoghurt, 1 lemon, 2 teaspoon salt, 2 spoon flour, 1 spoon butter, some pepper

Directions: Place the chicken thigh in a saucepan. Add some water in it. Cook the chicken thigh in 20-30 minutes. After it is cooked, in a plate mix egg, yoghurt, lemon juice and flour. Add three glasses of cold water in the plate. Continue to mix it. Add the chicken water. Shred the cooked chicken thigh. Put them to the saucepan. Add the mixture (egg, yoghurt…) to it. Boil it in 30 minutes by mixing. In the end, cook butter and pepper together. Spill it on the soup. It is ready. I hope you enjoy
