Corn Basil and Fusili Soup
A delicately flavored pasta and corn soup… Must give a try and I bet you gonna love it!
Ingredients:
- 1 Onion – chopped
- 2 cloves garlic – chopped
- 3/4th cup of cream style corn
- 10 basil leaves – chopped
- 1/3rd cup fusili (pasta)
- 1 tsp olive or or any other oil of your choice
- 2 tbsp tomato puree
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tbsp grated cheese for garnishing
Method:
- Heat the oil in a pan and saute the onion and garlic for 2 minutes.
- Add the cream style corn, basil, tomato puree, fusili and 3 cups of water and boil until the fusili is cooked.
- Add the salt and pepper and mix well.
- Garnish with cheese and basil leaves and serve hot!

Not a garlic and onion person but I am sure that I can find substitites.
