Corn Soup

Simple and delicious!

CORN SOUP

Ingredients:

  • Fresh/frozen Corn                                 ¾ Cup, cooked tender
  • Onion                                                   1, finely Chopped.
  • Milk                                                     21/2 Cups.
  • Water                                                   31/2 Cups.
  • Plain Flour                                            1 Tbsp, Maida.
  • Butter                                                   1 Tbsp.
  • Salt, Pepper                                         to taste.

 

Method:

  1. Mix the water, milk and plain flour together.
  2. Heat butter and fry the onions for at least two minutes.
  3. Add flour mixture and corn (semi-crushed)
  4. Boil for 10 minutes. Stir in between and make sure the soup doesn’t stick at the bottom.
  5. Add salt and pepper, and serve hot.
