Corn Soup

Simple and delicious!
CORN SOUP
Ingredients:
- Fresh/frozen Corn ¾ Cup, cooked tender
- Onion 1, finely Chopped.
- Milk 21/2 Cups.
- Water 31/2 Cups.
- Plain Flour 1 Tbsp, Maida.
- Butter 1 Tbsp.
- Salt, Pepper to taste.
Method:
- Mix the water, milk and plain flour together.
- Heat butter and fry the onions for at least two minutes.
- Add flour mixture and corn (semi-crushed)
- Boil for 10 minutes. Stir in between and make sure the soup doesn’t stick at the bottom.
- Add salt and pepper, and serve hot.
