Cream of Mushroom

How to prepare cream of mushroom.

Ingredients

· 1 kg of mushrooms

· 1 onion

· 1 leek

· 4 cloves garlic

· ½ White broth

· ¼ l cream

· Oil

· Salt

Sliced onion, mushrooms, leeks and garlic cloves and put to cook in a medium saucepan with a little oil.

When the vegetables are tender add the white broth and boil 20 minutes. Then I grind with a hand blender and pass through the food mill.

Then add cream and salt rectify. Reheat the cream if needed.
