Cream of pea soup

Carrot soup

Ingredients

One pound of peas

2 carrots

1 onion

2 tablespoons flour

5 tablespoons oil

1 decilitre of milk

1 egg

salt

The cooking process

Finely chopped onion, carrot and peas cook in salted water to soften everything. Puree cooked vegetables, and water in which vegetables are cooked in a pot left. Since oil and flour make light roux, add the strained vegetables and salt. Roux and vegetables, stir well, pour milk and water in which you have cooked vegetables. Cook soup about twenty minutes and season it with beaten egg to the end.
