Creamstew

It’s an Estonian meal.

You will need:
500g of boneless beef
salt and pepper
2 tbs of flour
2 tbs of fat
1 class of water
200g of sour cream
1 onion

Cut the meat against the fiber into slices, hammer it and form the slices into ovals. Season it with salt and pepper. Heat the fat on a pan and fry the meat and onion on it until they are brown. Put the meat and onion into a stew pot, baste it and cook it until it’s soft. Take out the meat, add flour and sour cream to the broth and let it boil. Season the sauce. Add the meat back to the sauce and boil it for a while.
It’s best served with potatoes and vegetables.
