This is a quick easy homade tasting soup. Great for these cold winter nights.

1 cup cooked chicken, cut in bite size pieces

1 cup cooked shrimp, cut in bite size pieces

6 slices bacon, cut in 1/2 inch pieces

1 medium onion, diced

1 medium bell pepper, diced

1 clove garlic, crushed

2 cans condensed chicken and rice soup

1 1/2 cups water

1 14 1/2oz can stewed tomatoes

Hot sauce to taste

In soup kettle or dutch oven, cook bacon over medium heat.  Remove bacon.  Drain grease but leave about 2 tablespoons in the pot.  Saute onions, bell pepper, and garlic over medium heat.  Add soup, water and stewed tomatoes.  Bring to boil.  Reduce heat.  Simmer uncovered for 10 minutes.  Add chicken, shrimp, and bacon.  Cover and simmer another 10 minutes.  Add hot sauce to taste and serve.
