Cucumber Soup

3 cups peeled and diced cucumbers
2 cups buttermilk
1/2 pint sour cream
fresh dill, finely chopped
salt and pepper, to taste

Put cucumbers in blender. Add buttermilk, mixing at low speed. Add other ingredients, mix at low speed just to blend. Serve cold. Serves 6.
