Delicious Tomato Soup Cake

This is a quick and easy way to make a wonderfully delicious cake that everyone will enjoy>

 Does Tomato soup cake  sound crazy? well it’s not . It’s  just plain delicious!!   This is a favorite of mine that my Mother used to make
Being a working mom doesn’t leave me the time to do things the way my mama did but with some changes, I still whip up a tasty tomato soup cake with only 4 ingredients. You are going to love this easy, delicious cake and the whole family will enjoy it too.

Preparation time: 15 minutes
Cook time: 25 minutes

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Grease and flour two 8 or 9-inch cake pans.

Ingredients:

1 – box spice cake mix

1 – 1 3/4 ounce can tomato soup

1/2 cup milk or water (which ever the cake mix calls for.)

2 eggs

Method of preparation:

With hand mixer, mix ingredients on low speed just until combined. Continue mixing for 2 minutes on medium to high speed. Pour into pans.

Bake for 25 minutes or until done. Cool on wire racks for 10 minutes. Remove and finish cooling on racks. Frost with delicious Cream Cheese frosting. You will find the recipe in the next step

Delicious Cream Cheese Frosting

Ingredients:

1/2 cup (4 ounces) butter, softened

8 ounces cream cheese

1 pound box powdered sugar

Method of preparation:

Cream butter and cream cheese. Beat in the sugar. Then frost your cooled Tomato cake and serve.

The next step is slice a piece and sit back and enjoy the tasty, yummy cake you just made.
