Dieter’s Clam Chowder

For one portion:

1 can (6 ounces) minced clams

 1 diced potato

1/2 diced onion

2 tablespoons dieet margarine or 1 teaspoon butter extract

1 or 2 cups chopped celery

1/3 cup powdered milk

Cook onion and potato and celery in a dab of water. When tender, add clams, butter, and milk–last. Season and serve.

    Yum, I love clam chowder, nice to see a low cal recipe for it!
