Easy Asparagus Casserole

3 cups cooked or canned asparagus, (well drained)

1/2 cup grated or diced american cheese

1 can mushroom soup

crushed corn flakes

Arrange asparagus, cheese and mushroom soup in layers in buttered casserole. Top with crushed corn flakes and bake in 375 degree oven until bubbling hot.
