This is a diffrent take on Carrot soup.

Easy Country Carrot Soup

1 lb. ground beef
2 cans cream of celery soup
2 C. grated carrots
1 bay leaf
1/2 t. dried marjoram
1/4 t. garlic powder
1/4 C. chopped onion
3 C. tomato juice
1 C. water
1/2 t. sugar
1/2 t. salt
1/4 t. pepper

Directions

1. Brown hamburger and onion together, drain.

2. Simmer all ingredients until carrots are tender.

3. Serve hot and enjoy
