Twenty minutes or less is all it takes to make a meal that tastes great!

Cheesy Beef and Hash Browns

1 pound ground beef

1 can cream of celery soup (use fat free if you’d prefer)

1/4 cup ketchup

1/2 cup water

1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

3 slices of American cheese (regular or low-fat)

2 cups frozen hash browns, diced

Cook the ground beef in a skillet until browned.  Pour off the fat.  Add the soup, water, Worcestershire sauce, and ketchup.  Heat skillet ingredients to a boil.  Stir in diced potatoes and cook over low heat for 10 to 15 minutes.  Top with cheese.  Makes 4 servings.

Chicken Stir-Fry

1 tablespoon vegetable oil

1 pound boneless chicken breasts, cut into strips

1 can condensed mushroom soup

3 tablespoons soy sauce

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 bag of frozen mixed vegetables of your choosing, thawed.

4 cups hot cooked rice

Heat vegetable oil in a skillet.  Add the chicken and stir-fry until browned and juices evaporate.Add vegetables and cook until tender-crisp.  Serve over rice.  Makes 4 servings.

Garlic Pork Chops

1 tablespoon vegetable oil

4 pork chops, about 1/2 inch thick

1 can cream of mushroom soup

1/4 teaspoon salt

1/4 cup water

Heat oil in skillet.  Add pork chops and cook until browned.  Add soup, water and garlic salt.  Heat to a boil.  Cover and cook over low heat for 5 to 6 minutes.  Makes 4 servings.
