Easy Recipe -Avocado Soup

Tasty soup ready in less than ten minutes.

Easy recipe -Avocado soup:

2 ripe avocados

2 ripe medium size wine tomatoes

Half table-spoon extra-virgin olive oil

One tea-spoon of garlic powder

A tea-spoon of white vinegar

Two tea spoons of soy-sauce

Salt and pepper to taste

 

Step 1: Cut  avocado lengthwise around the seed. Open the two halves to expose the pit.

Step 2: Use the spoon to remove the pit.

Step3: Make slices of avocado using a knife to slice the inside of the avocado halves into sections. Don’t worry if you cut right through the peel.

Step4: Separate avocado segments from the peel and grind it.

Step5: Wash and cut tomatoes into four parts and grind them in food processor.

Step 6: Mix both avocado and tomato sauces in a large bowl.

Step 6: Heat half a table spoon of extra-virgin olive oil in a pan and add the mix.

Step7: Add some water to get a good consistency of soup.

Step 8: Bring it to a boil and allow it to simmer for five minutes.

Step 9: Add some garlic powder, a tea-spoon of white vinegar and two teaspoons of soy sauce in to the soup.

Step9: Add some salt and pepper to taste.

Step 10: Serve hot.
