Eggs Ham and Mushroom

Eggs and Ham.

2 dozen eggs
1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup Butter
2 lbs canned ham
1 10oz can sliced mushrooms
2 10oz cans cream mushroom soup
1/2 cup sherry
1/2 lb cheddar cheese

beat eggs and milk
melt butter and eggs in frying pan
slice ham and put on eggs
mushrooms on top of ham
warm mushroom soup and spread on top along with sherry
refrigerate and then bake at 250f or 120c for 50Min’s
